Nestled in the natural beauty of the Valencian mountains, our villa provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation, movement, and self-discovery.
Our philosophy is simple: wellbeing should be a joyful journey. Through daily yoga, guided hikes in nature, and immersive food sensory experiences, we invite you to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Whether you are a beginner in your transformative journey or you have been walking this path for a while, the intention of a Myriad Retreat is to bring you a program to enable you to reconnect with yourself. Our body stores all of our emotions that we do not deal with, creating anxiety and stress in the mind as well as pain and disease in the body.
By slowing down and listening to our emotions, clearing the body of toxins through diet, relaxing activities and self love pratices, we can release them and, in turn, feel lighter and healthier.
True transformation is in meeting all aspects of ourselves, without judgment, bringing them all together so we can truly transform ourselves into our present. Our nervous systems are so addicted to a fast paced way of living that when we learn to slow down, what comes up for us is discomfort. When we begin to listen to our body, look inside our hearts, see and feel what is there - what we usually find is the hard unseen work that we avoid.
Through yoga, meditation mindfulness, and self love practices, we can live in harmony with our natural flow, living in the present with presence and simplicity.
